This week’s funny video is truly very funny. Brawndo: The Thirst Mutilator was a fictional energy drink from the movie Idiocracy which was written and directed by Mike Judge who also created Beavis and Butthead and King of the Hill.
In the movie Idiocracy, Brawndo: The Thirst Mutilator made water redundant because of it’s popularity which lead to the collapse of American agriculture and hastened the end of civilization.
Brawndo did not end with Idiocracy. It took on new life when Fox and Redux Beverages decided to actually make and promote the drink. Not sure where you can get it, but I do know that it will make you “win at yelling” and that it is “more exciting than a fist fight with a grizzly bear.”
