Today Youpark has launched a new Facebook application that allows users to download software and games onto their mobile phones, and it also allows users to send these free mobile games and software to their friends. You can check out the app here.
Two brothers, Rajat and Jayant Agarwalla, who run a software development company in Calcutta created an ad supported Facebook game called Scrabulous. This virtual version of Scrabble had over 700,000 players a day, nearly three million registered users, and was making $25K a month. The only problem, is that they didn’t have permission from Hasbro and Mattel.
