Thanks to Tubemogul, tracking the success of your next online video campaign may have become a whole lot easier. Tubemogul is a powerful new analysis tool that can track online video analytics across seven online video sites; Google Video, MetaCafe, MySpace, AOL, Yahoo!, Revver and of course YouTube. And did I mention, it’s free!
One of the great things about tubemogul is that you can use it to track videos that aren’t even yours. So you can use it to track your competitors or analyze trends. You can even embed a chart of tubemogul’s tracking data into any webpage, so you and your clients can easily follow the progress of a video. I’ve embeded an example chart below that is currently tracking the daily views of Blendtec’s iPhone video on Revver.
They are currently testing out a new feature that will allow you to upload a video once, then they will place it on six of the seven video sites they support. I tested this feature out this weekend, and it proved to be a great time saver. Tubemogul is already a very useful tool, and if it contines to ad new features and new video sites, it will become an important player in the world of online video.
Check out the the Tubemogul blog, they have some great viewership comparisons between L’Oreal vs. Sierra Mist, Obama vs. Hillary, No Good TV vs. CBS and NBC.
